Privacy Policy

Any information that we will collect about you, will be used only in normal order completion and account processing activities and will be used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your details on to another party without your permission unless compelled to do so by law.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

  1. Delivery of the products shall be made by the Seller or his agent notifying the Buyer that the products are available for collection at the Seller's premises or for delivery to such place as the Buyer may specify at the time the order is placed.  
  2. Normal delivery times are Monday to Saturday between 8.00am and 6.00pm excluding public holidays. Deliveries at other times are possible by prior arrangement but can incur a surcharge.  
  3. The Seller shall use his reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence.  
  4. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.  
  5. Unless agreed by the Seller, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.  
  6. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the Buyer isn't present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover the cost of the failed delivery.  
  7. An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.  
  8. Upon delivery an adult must be available at the address to check and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.  
  9. Any damages, shortages or discrepancies must be notified in writing to our customer services department within 48 hrs.  

Warranty

All items come with a minimum 12 month warranty. If after this period any fault develop, parts can usually be sent direct from the manufacturer. Gas lift mechanicsms come with a three year warranty.
 
Vogue Beds and Repose Beds come with a 5 year warranty.
 
If it should become necessary to return the product to the factory for repairs, the cost of packing and shipping to and from the factory is not covered in the warranty. Evidence of original ownership such as a sales invoice or other document will be required.
 
The warranty shall not apply to any condition or defect resulting from mis-useage, negligence, alterations, fire or accident.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Club Class Furniture, you may return any products back to us within 7 working days of receipt providing that:

  1. The product is in a resellable condition,  
  2. This means that the product is not damaged,  
  3. The Product has not been used in any way  
  4. And that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing.  
  5. PLEASE NOTE: SWIVEL TUB CHAIRS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE ASSEMBLED.  

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

Club Class Furniture take great care to ensure that all informaton and details are correct on our website. That being said, we know it can be difficult to purchase a tub or club chair without sittng in it first. To help reassure you of your purchase we offer the following guarantee:
 
"If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all you may, within 7 working days after the date of delivery, return your goods to us.
 
As long as we are notified by post, telephone or email within these 7 days, we will be happy to: either send replacement parts if your chair is damaged, send a brand new chair (subject to availibility), or issue a full refund."

Subject to the following conditions:

  • Where you, the customer, has paid a surcharge for a specified delivery service (i.e. Saturday Morning), we will only refund the full amount for the chair, not including the delivery surcharge  
  • Where the customer has paid a Credit Card Surcharge, the surcharge amount will not be refunded as this is an optional charge. We do not have a surcharge for Debit or Visa Debit Cards  
  • All orders that have been 'specially made to order' can only be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being processed by us  
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to have the goods ready for return 'As New', and in the original packaging  
  • As we offer Free UK Mainland Delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the charges for the carriage back to us. We can arrange collections for you if required. The Return Carriage Charges are as follows: Tub Chairs: £25, Club Chairs and Bubinga Chairs: £35, Beds: £45 
  • If you would prefer us to collect, this delivery charge will be deducted from your refund  
  • All monies relating to the returned goods will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of the goods by us, provided that they are in the 'Same' condition that they were in at the time of delivery  
  • If no notification by telephone, email or in wrting has been received by Club Class Furniture within 7 days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods  
  • PLEASE NOTE: As the Swivel chairs are part polished wood, during assembly pressure marks can occur on the wooden legs when the recliner is being assembled. We CANNOT accept returns for Swivel chairs once they've been assembled, if they show signs of damage. Returns WILL be accepted if the product is faulty  

Delivery Information

Club Class Furniture offer a nationwide delivery service for all our chairs and beds. Delivery is usually included in the price, unless otherwise clearly stated.
 
Please Note: Courier Delivery Service
Please be aware that this delivery is only to the 'Doorstep' of your address.
 
It is down to you (The Customer) to make sure that you have the capability and access to accept the delivery yourself.
 
We recommend someone else be on hand to assist with the delivery.
 
If you chose delivery option, Most of the goods will need unpacking and in some cases assembling. All tools for assembly are usually included in the boxes.
 
No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.

Delivery Times

In general 99% of the products you see on our website are available for Next Working Day Delivery.
 
Whilst we update the site daily, sometimes the delivery times can be extended beyond our control. We have many customers who buy in bulk, and sometimes there can be a slight overlapping of orders, as occasionally some products sell out overnight. If for any reason this does happen, we will inform you immediately, and offer you an alternative, or a full refund.
 
All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate due to us using couriers.
Whilst every practical effort will be made to accommodate customer's requirements no guarantee of time can be given.

All orders dispatched from us have full delivery tracking available. If you would like the tracking numbers for your order, please let us know by replying to the email you received to confirm your order. Thank you.
